a new species: the camel-toe cricket
there are these crickets that live under my (hopefully) soon to be new house that are monstrously large and so disgusting that i can't stop talking about them. also, i have large biting ants in my current abode, and there is an active trail of them leading into my underwear drawer. guess how i found out... there's nothing quite like ants biting

As for your last couple sentences, I can relate. I'm afraid to tell you how talented and wonderful and good I truly believe and know you are, because I know that probably won't get through to you. But I'll tell you anyway, because the more you hear it, the more you might begin to believe it.
