Being able to write in LJ literally saved my life at one point. (2002 was a complicated year emotionally)
Reading the things you have posted here... so much. You've had a real road of it. It's really something to start coming out the other side of the dark places we can get to, however we got there.
Keep being raw and open, it's a vulnerable place, but it's freeing too in it's own way.
