In all seriolz, though, I was just rewatching F13th Part 2 last night and it really is a much better movie than it gets credit for being. And, really, the whole series arc of the Friday movies are kinda admirably ambitious, despite the crappy execution (PUN INTENDED ROFFLE HAUS).
2 is my favorite one, hands down. Amy Steel gives what is arguably the most natural performance in the whole series (not saying much, but still), and Jason is really scary with that hood on. Plus, the victims are still camp counselers, not just drunken horny teens who are only at the lake to party like the majority were in the ones after 2. And some of them actually survive! You forget about them, but most of the counselers (led by the Stuart Charno character) stay out drinking and are never heard from again in the entire series! If I'd been writing a later one, I would have had Charno return. But that's neither here nor there.
