Well, it looks like Starbucks is gonna end up being a pretty cool job. It's not exactly what I'd call fun, but it's enjoyable for the most part. The only downside is that the managers seem to have a penchant for sticking me in front of machines that I have only a vague idea of how to operate. I've been handling it pretty well, but I also can't ( Read more... )

I see you have filmmaking in your interest, which is cool. Anyways, I'm writing you to let you know that I want you to join our community INDEPENDENT FILM RESOURCE, its just a place where other indie low budget/no budget filmmakers can get together and toss around some advice and ask questions on anything. So please, stop in! Not many members as of now, so your help in building this community would be greatly appreciated, ok here is the community URL

Josh, what SB are you working at? Can I come embarrass you at work and score some cheap (or free) coffee?
Anyways, what else are you up to? Congrats on graduating though, it feels like I'll never get there, so you are god to me right now. :)

I work at the Starbucks on Cobb Parkway near Cumberland Mall. And yes, you may come by and harass me :) No free coffee, though.

Thanks for the congratulations. I haven't been doing much at all lately, to be honest. Just kinda sittin' on my butt a lot.

See, I told you Opeth was good listening! Their new album "Ghost Reveries" might just be the best of the year.

Yeah, Opeth is great. Don't much care for Ghost Reveries so far, though. I'll give it another listen today.

That sounds a bit misleading now that I think about it. The entire voltage thing is only meant to say that, if you want more than 1GB of RAM, this isn't the computer for you.

w/a single DDR400 chip: performs like an Athlon64 3700+
w/two DDR400 chips (probably impossible): performs like an Athlon64 4000+
w/any combination involving DDR333/PC2700: performs like one of the newer 3200+ models

Well, sorry. No, with two DDR400 chips it would still perform like a 3700/3800. Or it ought to.
