Well, since Compaq went and jacked up the prices of their laptops over the weekend, I can no longer afford the model I wanted. Sooo, I was wondering if any of you good people out in LiveJournal land knew of a place that offers decent, relatively cheap laptops that isn't Compaq, HP or Dell. Any ideas?

What kind of cash are we looking at, and what are you going to use it for? I obviously bought mine for gaming, which I kind of regret now--it's WAY too big to be even remotely portable.
