Aren't they though? When I went to visit my very dear friends in Minneapolis for the first time, the conversation I had went like this:

Me: "We'll be staying with Jeanne and John all weekend, and be back on Monday evening."

Mom: "Have you ever met these people face-to-face before?"

Me: "No, this will be the first time, but we've been friends for a long time now."

Mom: "Oh. So, you're going to Minneapolis?"

Me: "Yes."

Mom: "Are you going to the Mall of America?"

As it turns out, we did go to the MOA. It was...a huge mall. Yay.
When my Mom picked us up that Monday, we told her about the great sushi we'd had.

Mom: "You ate RAW fish? RAW fish?"

Me: "Yes, and some nice tempura."

Mom: "RAW FISH?!"

hehe that's great. I actually got my parents to go to a japanese restaurant once and was shocked when they enjoyed it. Couldn't get them to try the sushi but hey at least they found something on the menu they liked. -Josh

Well I'm planning on arriving the 7th and returning the 10th. I thought this would be perfect because they are planning two shows in two days. Jed said I could come up at this time but I still need to work some details out. Like from LGA to loft, how to make this possible. I'd love to meet you because I don't know when I'll have the time or funds to do this for quite awhile. Hope to see you there. -josh

I'm going to be up there this weekend. I've been wanting to go for awhile now and two Collider shows in one weekend finally convinced me that now was the time. Can't wait to meet the whole gang. I'll try not to be too shy but no promises. -josh

What are the 2 shows...I only know of Sunday, which I probably can't make.
