Makes sense. Everyone seems to drop the LJing after a while at some point. Nearly none of my friends from college - who dragged me back onto the site in the first place back in 2004, after I'd quit a long time ago during much darker times - come near the site anymore, and my journal basically just went from some day to day thoughts to basically becoming a matter of my brain taking a dump and getting rid of all the daily detritus before sleeping. So it's more habit for me than anything else at this point, while all the better stuff is saved for elsewhere. Me talking to myself, in short. Which, in a sense, is what a lot of the internet is anyway.
I was just saying to a friend that I was blown away by your dedication to finish your game and I surely would have lost my patients. Its to bad you won't be on much anymore as I am just returning and enjoy seeing your post.
You're not shitting me? If you are serious then this might be just enough encouragement for me to post more. No promises right now, but we'll see.
Actually, if you're interested, about a half-year ago or so I started dabbling in visual poetry and I posted a few. Nobody's given me any feedback on it yet so I have no idea if it's dogshit or not. But it's under my 'poetry' tag if you're interested.
