I'm glad you got to see your mum before you went back to work. That you two talked, and she seems to be happy with the way things are going on in your life right now. It's strange, isn't it? How no matter how old we are, our mother's opinions still matter? At least, I know mine does.
I also know my mum is pleased right now with my life too.
I told you I was wary of Italy, and may very well be too much of a drama queen to have a good time there, but I will be making a trip out there soon. I think it could be good for me in a lot of ways. I told Alexis I would hop over to Greece and see her too.
I am, too. She's always been there for me, always will be. She's a great lady. *grins* I know what you mean...no matter how old I get, I still want to make my mum happy.
I'll make you forget that. Or at least I'll try. You just tell me when you get here, I'll be waiting.
Isn't it one of the best feelings, walking into home after a long time of being on your own? It makes me feel a bit like a child sometimes which I usually hate--but there's something about even the smell of it that'll make you feel like staying there forever.

I'll attempt to keep this as least awkward as possible... how've you been?

I've been good...you? Yeah, awkward isn't fun, but I think we'll manage.
