Wow - that's incredibly depressing, but awesome. It was a great fic, but tears my heart to pieces because....NOOO! NOT B/A!!! :) I loved it, but I'm an angst whore so that's a given. Awesome job.
Awww, thank you! Wow, how did you find this so quickly? Heh. I'm really glad you liked it, I'm veery nervous about it, but yay, angst and stuff. Hee, I'm all hyper. Thanks!
I stalk you, of course! No, kidding...actually I looked at a friend's friendlist and saw the story so I decided to take a crack at it. Angst is da best evah.
Above them, the sun fails to rise. It has crumbled into fragments of burning rock, which plummet to Earth like unholy birds swooping down on unsuspecting rice fields in Calcutta and television studios in Hollywood and cracking mountains in Tibet. LOVE the imagery.
Also the part about drowning and not needing to be pretty and the way Angel and Buffy interacted, understated and not too over the top but really touching and beautiful.
Seriously. I *loved* that. Started to quote all my favourite parts and so on but there were a lot and I really loved it all, the way you wrote Buffy, the way she was alone, Angel being staked, the whole thing. I think I need to read it again. But thaaank you because I really did love it, and shall have to read through it a few more times to appreciate it properly. Also love the title and the Greek mythology part because I love mythology like that. Thaank you!
Aww yay, I'm so glad you liked it. I was seriously worried that you would hate it, and I reeally didn't want to give you a sucky story, so I'm reeeeally happy that you like it. Thank yooou! :D
