Tired for some odd reason

I am really tired right now and I don't know. Maybe because of all the thinking I have been doing. I have alot going through my head and I am confused about alot of them. I have a job now so I should be happy right? well I'm. I just feel sad and always tired. Maybe I should go to the doctors and get a check up on my thyroid problem. But who knows,
