 I find it extremely satisfying as a knitter that the latest piece of cheese I bought came from Merino sheep :)  It tastes pretty nice too.

What kind of cheese and from where?

The Whole Foods label calls it Cordoba Sheep Cheese. I'll try to hide it from Eldest Son and bring it with me on Saturday.
