 We're currently sorting our toy collection in preparation for donating a bunch of stuff to Big Brother Big Sister. There are very few toys we must keep for posterity, I'm on the fence about the Lincoln Logs though. I suppose there will still be Lincoln Logs available for purchase when our hypothetical grandkids arrive. I'd rather save the Lego ( Read more... )

If the Lincoln Logs are wooden ones, keep them. They no longer make them in wood, they are all plastic now and not the same, the roof pieces are single pieces instead of individual slats. A few years ago I went looking for Lincoln logs and the only wooden ones I could find was a very expensive "Collector's set".

Mine are knockoff "Frontier Logs" I hear you, but I still think someone else gets to play with them....

I'm sure you've noticed how Playmobil changes over th4e years. Talis has some stuff that is now no longer available. And some of hers she still takes out on occasion.
