I really don't think the my BRAIN would survive if i could never sleep.

that tends to be the dominant comment of those here....they say sleep is more of a time to sort out what happened in the day so your thoughts can be slowed down (in a relative sense of course)

also i really enjoy that there is a time during the day where it feels like the entire world is closed within themselves. it's "me" time. i like it.

i'd hope i could do both, when i have things i want to get done or to do, then i could just not have to sleep, but if not then being able to relax i.e. by sleeping is very nice and i wouldn't want to have to give that up

sometimes sleep can get rid of anything i've got, muscle pain, headaches, stress from too much thinking. i think that even if i didn't have to, i'd sleep at least every now and then, just to relax and not have to do/think anything at all.
