Life is sometimes boring one la. Even when you are doing sth you like. As long as things are repetitive, they will be boring.
Once you've an idea on how the world works... What? If you really so wanna be a writer, a director, a successful person, then maybe you should insist on (坚持) your dream. Those famous people succeeded becuz they insist on their dreams.
dx.... i've met so many people who've tried so hard trying to succeed in the field of writing and directing. very few really do. those i met turn to other jobs that they disliked... like teaching...and marketing.... i dont wanna be like that.
Sadly thats the reality and how the world works, but if you can't change it, might as well try and accept it. Someone once told me that without money, don't even think of realizing your dream. While some might find that harsh, but it is in fact very true, and that's also the reason why you see so many people pursuing degrees like commerce, engineering, law etc. While no doubt some are really interested in the field they are pursuing, i'd say majority of them are doing it for the sake of having a stable future. Its definitely not the most interesting and exciting thing to do, but once you have a stable income, its definitely easier to pursue your dream by then. And those people you met are a great example, pursuing your dream is one matter, being able to survive with it is another. Sorry if this sounds harsh, i'm just stating the facts, no hard feelings ya.
well... i already knew that. so you're not telling me anything new. being is mass comm is okay... dont worry about that...i might just end up doing something i hate that earns big cash...that's all. with cash comes power.

Its definitely not the most interesting and exciting thing to do, but once you have a stable income, its definitely easier to pursue your dream by then.
And those people you met are a great example, pursuing your dream is one matter, being able to survive with it is another.
