An update, finally, after how long?

There are two main things that prompt this update: 1) I've got some ideas about chocolate truffles that I want to record and save for later, and 2) I should update everyone as to what my plans are after graduation

I've been toying with the idea of selling truffles as a fundraiser for my Bike & Build trip (see below

I'm so lucky to have a friend who is such a talented chocolatier (?). When I took the chocolate cake home it was a big hit. Thanks Jo.
