Silent Hill 1, 2, and 3 are spectacular. Part 4 was good, but different. Part 2 is the best. I can loan you any of them, or score them cheap for you.

I watched someone play one of the Silent Hill games (3?), it's one where you start out in your apartment and it's been all boarded up and the walls are breathing.

The only way to get out is through what looks like a giant esophagus or something in the wall.

The guy who was playing it went toward the opening, and I started yelling "DON'T GO IN THE HOLE! DON'T GO IN THE HOLE!!!"

"Jill, I have to go in the hole or we can't progress in the game."

"Why the hell would you want to go through a hole like that? Why not try and unboard the apartment? Look out a window? Wait??? If I was trapped in my apartment, the last thing I would do would be to climb into the giant living hole in the wall."

It was a scary (in that jumpy sort of way), but it also made me very, very angry.
