So an update on the weight front.  Yesterday I stuck to my plan perfectly.  My plan entails 1900 calories per day.  Yesterday I only utilized 1,550 calories which left a surplus of 350 calories.  Prior to that, the day before, I begun my exercise regemin and generally watching what I was eating.  Since weighing in two days ago I have lost a total ( Read more... )

Very cool man. Congrats. keep up the effort, you'll reach your goal. As for me I'm sticking to my plan of smoking crack.
