As I scroll through my Tumblr where I keep most of my day-to-day musings, happenings and thoughts these days,I’m marveling at what an easier year 2023 was. It was the first year where I wasn’t dealing with stuff regarding my parents - I did write their memorials because I didn’t submit their obituaries when they initially died, so I did the year

I now have a bookmark set on October 18, 2024 and will congratulate you on your successes and rejoice with you. 57 is SO young. I'm now 70!!!

Retiring but not knowing what you'll do next, work-wise? I feel like I'm gonna go to seed when I retire. I want to never work another day in my life! (I get it, though. I wonder if, when the time comes for me to actually retire, I will change my tune.)
