Yet Oh So Fluffy And Light Too??? That's Right ROWANGOLIGHTLY's Pumpkil Bread!!! The Box Came About 10ish This Morning, And I just Tore Into It! This Bread Is AMAZING Susi!!! It Has The Texture And Weight Of Store Bought Poundcake (Which I Dislike On Account Of My Mama's Home Made Poundcake) Yet Is Completely Moist And Amazing! It Isn't Too Sweet,

It really isn't hard work to make this stuff (well ok, the lemon curd IS hard work) but I love baking and so it works out well for everybody.

When Josie came home with ours, late at night and tired as hell, I grabbed the bag of goodies from her and tore right into the zucchini bread. YUM!!! And I agree wholeheartedly, the lemon curd is food for the GODS. We ate that with a spoon!
