So... I forgot to post about last week's cooking thing... we did a fairly simple Beer Chili, with an appetizer of a regular salad with a -really- nice cherry Sherry vinegrette. I didn't remember to save the recipes, but I'll dig 'em up and edit this post when I get 'em
