Ugh. I'm not supposed to have nightmares of failing out of school when I'm not even taking classes!!! ;.;

In this dream I remember quite distinctly the feeling of having a sudden realization that I'd missed a semester class for months. I'd been quite willingly attending both my Statistics and Computer classes all semester, but I'd completely forgotten about my Science and Math classes. This meant that 1. I'd missed several MAJOR tests in the science classes and 2. The last set of notes I had for said science class was November 25th. I debated with myself on whether or not I should tell my parents, finally deciding I should since they could at least figure out if there was anything I could do. All my classes were taught by my old high school teachers... Aldritch taught science and Stevens taught Statistics, but I don't remember who taught the other two. I also remember consulting my schedule and finding out the news wasn't -quite- as bad... I'd apparently already dropped math, and so only had to worry that I'd missed 6 months of Science class (it was apparently May 25th). Oddly enough, I took the time while consulting my class schedule on my laptop to also import a Spore head, and when it was revealed to be corrupt, I launched the fixer tool, which was able to successfully de-construct it and fix it.

Other than that... I feel stupid lately. As an example, I hooked a laptop hard drive I had up. Was going to use it to back stuff up. Well, it started making a nasty clicking noise. Not good, and I assumed that it was dead (it'd been lying on a shelf for 6 months... could've fallen or something). Anyway, I pulled it open and saw that the platters weren't even spinning. Acting on a hunch, I (quickly) reassembled it and hooked it up directly to the computer instead of through the crappy USB hub I bought at Walmart, and it works. Well... mostly. I'm running into bad sectors every now and then, which makes me think I just killed a perfectly good 60 GB laptop drive. -.-

Work's going alright... no problems of my own to speak of... but we're losing two coworkers...

So how's all of you?
