Has anyone ever had a panic attack? I have, and I feel like I'm in a constant one right now. You see, I take concerta for my ADHD, and if I go a long time without taking it and suddenly start again I get weird side affects for a few days. I went over a month without taking it, and recently started it again. My heart is pounding like crazy right now ( Read more... )

I've never had an actual panic attack, but I know they exist and they sound awful! @__@~ *pets*

And thanks so much for plugging my icon journal! *blushes* ^^; And I may try to make some classic Disney icons next batch. Would you happen to know a site with any good pics, by chance?

Me again! I posted a potential new layout in the mod lounge at MLO! Could you take a look at it, and if you like it, support it or say you like it or something? Annnything to get rid of the ruddy layout the site has right now! @___@~

Either way, I hope that panic attacky feeling goes away soon. I've never had one but I can't even begin to imagine how horrible they are.

I've never had a panic attack but I did have a heart condition in my late teens called SVT that before it was diagnosed as such was treated as anxiety ( ... )

well I used to get panic attacks due to anixety all the time, and I'm sure my anxiety is up a little due to disney approaching. One of the side affects of the meds is increased heart rate, I don't know why. My only guess is cause it gives you energy, cause with ADHD you can be hyper but lazy (if that makes sense haha).
