My brother. Thank you to those who have been concerned about my brother. Fortunately, he has been making good progress on his recovery. The doctors have been filtering his blood since Christmas and are continuing with it since it has proven that it is the only treatment that works to rid the virus. for some reason i totally craved balut on the way home today. it's one of those rare events that i would volunteer to go out of my way to have balut. i had to try two different stores before finding them. and when i got home, i devoured 5 of them!!! 5!!! i think it'll be months before i'll eat another one.

So yesterday I was out running after a day of work. Unlike other people who like to run on treadmills, I prefer the pavement. I have been making rounds of my neighborhood for the past few weeks so it's no surprise some people know me by now as I tend to follow a set schedule.
