I'm so sorry about your grandfather :(

When my grandmother got ill and went into the hospital, life kind of stopped for a while. I remember going every day to the hospital and just waiting. It was the one time no one was there that she passed away. It sounds like you guys will be doing all you can to honor his memory, and have been there for him.I hope the next few weeks go as easily as they can.

As for the engagement, I am so happy for you.Still a barefoot beach wedding? I will totally make a norman trip for this one.
