I don't understand why after telling me that oops, they made a mistake, the computer store was going to charge me double of what they had initially said they were going to, they didn't. Though I am sort of suspicious, it looks as though my computer will cost about $650 to fix after all (knock on wood ( Read more... )

Whoa! This post reminded me that it is possible to go onto Albert and check one's midterm grade! I am very excited to learn that I am presently not failing Japanese!

Of course, I've only got a C-, but that's why I switched it to pass/fail! Wooo...good thing you're around, heavens know what madness might have befallen me otherwise!

It's true...this experience has left me a broken, bitter man.

Although I must admit it's actually mostly because I am a lazy bum who doesn't study half as much as he ought to. :(

My professors just curve grades like mofos. If they didn't, I would definitely be failing Calc by now, cause, really, who ACTUALLY gets A's in Calc II?
