I woke up late this morning. The day progressed from coffee, to tea and now duty free gin. It is a public holiday today. I am not sure for. Perhaps Labor day. Or the Queen's birthday. Actually, Work Choices abolished Labor day, so I'm not sure. I am grateful for it just the same

It sounds like a lovely time--you don't need quiet introspection during those times; you can have it afterward, reflecting back on events. It's great that you were so in the now, so busy experiencing Europe, while you were there.

OMG, you lived every English major's dream! I'm studying the Romantics and I wish I could read Tintern Abbey, at, welp, Tintern Abbey.
