sometimes i impress myself with how much i get done when i just sit down and focus.

however, this is very rare.

but even more impressing, is that i can touch my ceiling if i stand on my desk. although, explaining this is difficult when someone walks in.

If someone walks in you might say, "Rat. Frothy mouth. Doctor says I can't afford to get rabies again."

You could also look the person in the face and exclaim loudly with great animation:"THERE you are! I have been looking high and low for you! Where have you been?"
