i like the word "jettison".

i know! unfortunately, there are very few occurences where i've heard it actually used.

such a shame, cause it really is a cool word.

you should start using it in everyday speech.

like if you drop a spoon, you could say, "oops! i jettisoned my spoon onto the floor!"

or, "this song really jettisoned Death Cab into popularity."

or if someone like chan makes you mad, you could say "i'm about to jettison my fist into your face."

although the definition is pretty cool too.
