i'm thinking someone has, but i can't remember who it was. or if anyone (local) wants to, maybe we could get together and make them together.

I really want to do this. Not to have, but to make one! My friend Shelley was going to do it, I don't know if she ever did.
If you need a taper I'm your gal! I made a duct tape skirt once.
