so sitting outside on break I see an old truck bombing down the road with a flat tire. Then see the cops go by and the truck moves from the passing lane to the reg lane. The truck then hits the curb and comes to a stop. The cops run up to the truck with gun out. They grab the guy and drag him out of the truck he trys to walk to the cop car and is
