Maybe I was sensing trouble ahead on Sunday morning when I arrived for the 8:00 a.m. practice.  For some reason I asked the leader if I could play the piano instead of the keyboard.  We weren’t far into the first song when the drummer called a halt.  It seems that the piano was lagging behind the beat.  This has to do with the fact that the piano
