ok- last night i was really in the dumps so i went over stacy's house. we watched detroit rock city (disco sucks!) and then went out to illusions where we were greeted by many familiar faces. i met someone else, a white guy, who has a black name, jermoe brown. it was histerical that the black name thing brought us to conversation. well, stac, me,

nametags

Alex wears a nametag. It even has his picture on it. It's kinda like the nametags we had when we were working at Hopkins- the credit card on a string looking thing to go around your neck. It was an electronic key as well as an ID/Nametag. It's not so bad . . . even folks making $250k & +/year still weare nametags. It's no longer the mark of a retail establishment. Alex has a uniform polo shirt too-- which is good, because outfitting him in button-downs, ties, and dress slacks would've killed our wallet. I wish I had a uniform for my work. Uniforms in school would've been nice too. So much eaiser on my wee weary head.
