Well my Aunt died and my dad showed up unexpected so I am off to clean the house while he is away visiting and then I shall be doing some entertaining so I might not be on much tonight

Condolences on the death of your Aunt...Congratulations on moving one step closer to owning your own home :) At least you are not buying it blind and know what does and doesn't have to be done to it. No surprises :)

Yep there are things that need fixing I guess I could start a list, but by the time I save up to fix I am sure to have lost the list (lol) Maybe I shall have to type it up in word document and hope I don't forget the file name...But it isn't anything major.
