Well as many of you may remember back in March I found out I have diabetes. I have been doing well, although I stay tired most of the time, but doctor said that was normal. I wish I could be 113 again or even near it, but maybe after this baby is born I'll be going to the gym and really working on it :D

Primarily I have lost the weight by keeping down the carbs. I can eat 30 carbs for three main meals and then 15 for snacks. Drinking losts of water, too. I still miss my Dr. Pepper's on occassion, though. But if I try and cheat and eat or drink something I shouldn't, I get such a horrible headache and really feel weird, so it isn't worth it to cheat.

Yep, a new baby, due in Jan, on the 6th and this is our 3rd and last so I'm trying to enjoy it all the way :D
