It has almost been a year since being evacuated and I'm still very depressed. The only job I've had was that month in Poland. I applied to grad school. I have one friend with whom I speak on the phone and it's averaging about once a month... and I just listen. This is my life. It's lonely.

All the jobs in my area are fire fighting, which I haven't ruled out yet but I'll need some courses at the jr. college first.

If you aren't ready for a job or while you wait for a response to resumes... maybe check into volunteering to walk dogs at a shelter?
