I am, as many of you know, a big fan of the website chowhound, a great place for food obsessiveness. The San Francisco chowhounds have a yearly picnic which we have managed to miss every year, until now. We are determined to make it to the picnic this Saturday, and I've signed us up to make an appetizer. We're supposed to make enough for 20
