ok so i didnt know i even had a declining balance untill earlier today. if you do not know what that is, it is where i have so much money to spend by a certain time or it all gets lost to the school forever lol. i can only buy things around campus... thats how it works

Are you sure that its by the end of this semester?
I know that when I was a freshman I had the same kind of freak out, but they told me that it would carry over to spring semester. I could be wrong, and they did infact change that little loop hole...look into it though.

the people i talked to said that it wont carry over.. also i still do not know if ill even be here next semester...
