Tivo saved my life with this past season of "So you think you can dance". One slight problem with live reality shows is that they can occasionally run over their time, without telling Tivo. Hence I occasionally got "so the person kicked off is... [bing! program complete, keep or delete?]". But at least I was able to watch the shows whenever and not worry about scheduling my life around TV.
