drinking in public is also illegal, and bars can get in trouble for overserving patrons. most won't give a single person an entire pitcher.

which i think is hilarious, the legal age thing, as the women who were doing the drinking were legal in the provinces from which they came.

massive public consumption of a pitcher of beer by one person trumps a bit o champagne by girls who are of legal age in AB and QC. the fact that he got very little flack and they've been beaten down and TOLD over it is gross.
