Finally a little time to myself for some reflection. These past few weeks have been a whirlwind. Plenty of rushed goodbyes, squeezed in lasts and long days gone by in a flurry. How nice it is to watch people just enjoy the music, the lines, the simple steps. To return to the basics. Just like when we were children in fluffy pink skirts and matching sequined scrunchies, when that hour on Friday nights was my favorite time of the week. -

I haven't been a very agreeable person lately. In fact, I've been feeling aggressive and picking pointless fights. I've never been a smile and nod kind of girl, but I've rarely had burning desires to express my views either. Nowadays I find I have a strong opinion about people who have strong opinion. Done with my Neurology placement at Ipswich CBRT. This has been my favorite block so far and boy, was I reluctant to leave. While I've always had a preference for Neuro, I had my reservations about the community setting. Coming out of the placement, I feel that it's somewhere I would love to work in.
