I hope I am going to be able to post pictures of my ruffs. If I can't it will be my fault, and not jennylafleur's, who doesn't realise what an idiot she is trying to help!!

Those are gorgeous ruffs! How do you get them to hold such nice loops?

Instead of holding them in place with wax, the original way according to Janet Arnold, you stitch in behind the edge of the lace. If you have a straight edge of lace, you just stitch on the edge - if it's decorative, you have to hide it - that's boring and time consuming and frustrating, but the finished results are worth it - I think!
