Fashion Plates

I know several of the posters here collect fashion plates (*advert - see the links page of my web site - end advert*.) My personal collection tends to the early to mid 19th century. Does anybody have plates from the 1890's, or other info? I am researching for a project that could keep me busy for 6 months, so I need all the information I can get.

No fashion plates from then, I can't say I'm really nuts about the 1890s, so haven't done much with them.

However, I fell in love with an original bodice not long ago, and bought it. I haven't put it on my site yet, but I have the pictures ready to go, just no text. If you'd like to see them, they're here:

Most notable for a big, stupid bow. Which I really rather like and is what I think drew me to it :)

Thank you - that is exactly the kind of thing I had in mind. Fortunately for me, I don't have to make entirely authentic, as these are "theatrical" type costumes, and ease of dressing, and alteration for other wearers in more important than "real". The women will, of course all be wearing corsets and proper underwear - yay!! (The men might be more of a problem!)
