Oh, I really do miss the hair. The new hair is kind of scary.

You were on the treadmill for forty minutes?!?! We have a stairmaster but I hate repetitive motion so much and find it so boring that I use it for ten minutes at a time, tops.

Oh no! I excluded some key information there. I was actually on the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes and the treadmill for 20, but they both have tvs attached which I love.
