I'm still a good bit sore from my gym accident two weeks ago. It's not the sharp, shooting pain it was for the first week after the injury. It's just a constant dullness like you'd get weeks after being in a car wreck or, less dramatically, missing the cement and hitting your leg with the sledge hammer ( Read more... )

At least you're healthy.

Maybe you'll need to take it easy another week to avoid aggravating it. Not sure.
