I can't believe how fat I've gotten in the past 6 months. I tried on some pants yesterday to wear to work and I cant even button them up. How depressing is that?? I really need to do something about this so I don't get any bigger. If I do I'll be right back where I was before I lost any weight. Then I'll be really unhappy and just blah so ya Nicole ( Read more... )

I've been doing Weight Watchers (on-line, I don't go to the meetings) since July 5 and it's been a piece of cake. It's probably the easiest diet I've ever done and you can steal cheat once in awhile and lose weight.

You don't have to buy the Weight Watchers food when you do it on-line??

No not at all. It's designed to be able to eat whatever you want. Mainly I cook things with chicken breasts for dinners. I have Cheerios or Corn Flakes (store brand, not name brand) for breakfast. Although for lunches I usually have a frozen meal because it's easy to take to work and nuke in a microwave. But I buy whatever is on sale (Weight Watchers, Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, etc...). You don't have to buy their stuff at all and you can still eat out in restaurants.

I don't consider you fat at all, but I understand what you mean by putting on a pair of jeans that no longer fit. Blah, it's a horrible feeling.
I don't know the best diets, but what helped my mom a lot was fluid pills. She went to a doctor and got them. All you have to do is drink lots of water. The only bad thing is that you will be taking lots of trips to the bathroom, ha. But in a week and a half she lost 18 lbs. Then she lost more with just normal diet and excercise. Those pills just helped a bunch.
I'm not too familiar with it all so I'm not sure if it works for everyone. Just an idea :).

You can also buy them at the drug store and most grocery stores carry them in the diet aisle. It's almost always guarenteed for 5 pounds of weight loss.
