Growing up

We watched the original Highlander movie last night (I remembered it being much better than it was). Anyways I got pretty irritated at the women in the movie just standing around and screaming and not trying to fight back. It's got me really worried that I might becoming more mature even though I am fighting it as hard as I can.=(

I had never really noticed it before ( I blame all the fanfiction I have been reading) at least not to that extent....I love the Buffyverse, my favorite bond film is the Spy Who loved Me so I like strong women.... however I really had not let it bother me before.
