Comcast blows banana balls! Why do they have such crappy cable boxes with little data storage and a processor from my grandmother's jack in the box. And what's with their graphical user interface? Any designer that says "this looks fantastic" should be drag from their car and beaten with FiOS cables. Shove that in your wacom tablet and smoke it, fuckers!

It is possible that they sent you an email to your comcast.net email account. I know for a fact that they sent me 1 to my comcast.net email account. Plus if they turned your services back on and gave you a warning that first time that there just might be something worng with your computer, shouldn't you have taken your computers to a computer technician. Hell if i had a virus that my anti-virus didn't pick up I would be rather worried ( ... )

You are so full of shit! Comcast is so backwards that they sent a employee to collections because they said they didn't have the technology to be able to know that a person was still employed by Comcast from one state to another. The employee transf'd from one state to another and was still employed by Comcast for 10 YEARS on a cont' basis and was NEVER CALLED OR MAILED OR EMAILED that there was a bill in question. Come to find it was a mistake. The employee had the same cell number for 15 yrs. which was on the acct. The Employee had to go to HR to fix it and they did. But the employee would have never known until they went to go buy something, if they didn't have the credit check monitoring service ( ... )
