I am finding it absolutely impossible to get excited about Christmas. I have my shopping done (later than ever before) and my tree up and mostly decorated, but I don't bother to turn it on. I found out yesterday that my cousin, who is 23, has 3-6 months to live. She had a brain tumor a few years ago, but they performed surgury and she got better for awhile. She got worse again last winter, and she's been downhill from there. She's been undergoing chemo, but she found out last week that the tumor was growing anyway. They can't operate ( Read more... )
