I feel like I never update anymore. Things are going swimmingly, for the most part...

I'll borrow your son to make me dinner. I hate cooking and that's the exact way I make spaghetti. LOL Sauce from a jar.

I've looked into volunteering a couple times through the county, or mostly looked at the website to see what they're looking for as far as volunteers rather. If I can ever find a job that pays enough for me to quit my 2nd job, I'll look into it more. Right now I only have time on the weekends and even then - a lot of my weekends aren't always free.

Yeah, timing is hard. That's one thing about my Red Cross volunteering that I like... it's two hours on Monday nights. Perfect timing for me. A lot of places require four-hour shifts or a huge time commitment.

Yes - one of the volunteer things I looked at wanted at least 6 months or something like that and it had to be an hour twice a week or 2 hours during the week. I can't remember exactly what it was but I thought - wow. It may have been a youth mentor program. And I doubt that I'm the best person to be a mentor. LOL

...sounds good to have insight: it's mercury retroghrade, so it's supposed to be a good time for figuring out stuff behind the scenes, planning, fixing communication, blahblah...sound good! Plus I made spaghetti a day or two back, which was much more lame than that, and am still happily eating it...! Good skill to have!

No... I talked to Jarrison about it and he really enjoys going to school. But we do work together for about a half hour or 45 minutes every day. We set up an "office" for him in our downstairs office, with his own desk and everything. It seems to be working well... conferences were last night and the teacher seems very happy with his progress!

I really am out of things to update about... We need another high-speed pursuit through the neighborhood or something.
