Illness is underrated as a spark for creativity, well, for output at least.
You make me think of supposedly helpful incursions and interventions, but if you're edgy there's little point...
Maybe if you wore a trilby you'd appear less ill?

To be natural is not allowed. The result is too often one extreme or the other: unrestrained bestiality or feigned saintliness.
Fortunately, there has always been subversive music to help avoid a sense of loneliness. Once one realizes, as you do, that societal norms are a hypocritical pose, then you can relax and enjoy your so-called perversions.
